College Credit Plus (CCP)
College Credit Plus (CCP) is Ohio's dual enrollment program that gives high school students the option to enroll in college-level courses through Ohio colleges and universities. Each participating college/university has established admission criteria and course registration procedures that high school students must follow. Admission criteria and registration procedures vary by institution. Most courses are free unless the student withdraws late from or fails a course, in which case the costs are charged to the student/parent.

Not Sure What Classes to Take? All CCP students are encouraged to go to the college campus and meet face-to-face with a CCP advisor. Your high school counselors are not college advisors. They do not have the expertise regarding what will or will not transfer to colleges and what courses you should take.
Your high school counselor's role in the CCP process:
Educate students and families about the process.
Inform students which college courses will fulfill high school graduation requirements.
Sign authorization forms so students can sign up for classes with the college.
OT 36: Ohio Transfer 36: Lists the general education requirements at many Ohio institutions and what courses will count.
